Did you know that one root cause for mental illness is nutritional deficiencies?
That’s right. The more processed foods, the more food additives, the more pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, heavy metals, experimental vaccinations, chemtrails, and synthetic foods the more mental illness appears amongst our population. Carl C. Pfeiffer, Ph.D, M.D wrote a book, Mental and Elemental Nutrients, in which he presents clinical documentation directly linking deficiencies or excesses with specific brain dysfunctions:
- Zinc deficiency is linked to major depressive and anxiety disorders, ADHD, and schizophrenia.
- Iron deficiency is linked to ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), restless legs syndrome, cognitive impairment, depression (when iron-deficiency anemia is present).
- Copper excess is linked to Schizophrenia.
- Selenium deficiency is linked to depression.
- Manganese is linked to Psychosis (when toxic levels accumulate); hallucinations and mood changes.
These examples represent only the tip of the iceberg. Other variables include EMFs from TVs and computers, cell phones and towers, satellites, and smart watches; we do not have sufficient research to quantify the dangerous effects these electromagnetic distortions have on our brains.
The solution involves lifestyle changes.
